Media Icons offers a money back guarantee program to insure customer satisfaction of our products and services. If for any reason a customer wishes to discontinue service with Media Icons they may do so and a refund will be issued.
Each service carries a different qualifying time-frame for the money back guarantee. Please note the table located below for qualifying products and services:

The following list of terms and conditions apply to the Money Back Guarantee Program:
- Accounts cancelled/terminated for violation of the Acceptable Usage Policy will not qualify for the money back guarantee.
Example; if a Service is cancelled due to a SPAM'ing violation it will not qualify.
- A support request must be opened through AccountCenter requesting the Money Back Guarantee cancellation.
- Setup fees are not refundable.
- Service add-ons such as "Disk Space ", "IP Addresses", and exceeded Performance Units and are non-refundable.
- Software add-ons, and Backups are non-refundable.
- Refunds issued to credit cards may take up to 5-10 days. If the refund is unsuccessful due to credit card processing errors (IE: you changed your credit on file) a refund by check will be issued.
- Refunds by check may take up to 2-4 weeks.
- "n/a" indicates that a service does not qualify for the the money back guarantee program.
** New customers may receive a discounted rate for their first domain registration when activating new hosting service. If hosting service is cancelled and customer wishes to retain domain registration service only, customer is required to pay full recurring price for individual domain registration service.
